What better way to kick off the Dashner Design and Restoration page than with a before and after montage. I like a good challenge and this Lane end table had just enough challenges to keep things interesting. A little stripper and some elbow grease and voila! Underneath that paint and grime was some very attractive grain. I've never seen this particular Lane table before but I like it. It's hexagonal and who doesn't like a good hexagon? The front opens up to a large storage space on the inside. Wonderful!
